Build the System Behind Your Brand
A 1:1 Brand, Content & Automation Build for Founders With More Ideas Than Infrastructure
You already have the expertise.
You may already have the content, the offers, the audience, the books, the programs, the services, or years of knowledge sitting across documents, websites, social platforms, folders and conversations.
The problem usually isn't a lack of ideas.
It's that everything is disconnected.
Your brand says one thing in one place and something different somewhere else. Content gets created when you have time. Valuable material gets forgotten. Social media becomes another job. Repetitive work stays manual. And every new idea adds another moving piece to manage.
This engagement is designed to change that.
Together, we'll take what already exists, identify the gaps, organize the intellectual property behind your brand, and build practical systems that help you create, publish and operate more consistently.
This isn't a generic social media package.
It's a collaborative build of the operating system behind your brand.
Founding Client Availability
I'm currently accepting 2 additional clients at the introductory build price while I complete this first implementation cohort.
You'll receive the full collaborative build experience at this rate in exchange for participating in the refinement of the process, providing feedback along the way, and allowing the system to be tested against a real operating business.
Once these two spots are filled, this introductory pricing will no longer be available.
What We're Building
The goal is to move from:
Scattered ideas + manual work + inconsistent execution
to:
Clear brand architecture + organized knowledge + repeatable workflows + intelligent automation
We start by understanding the business you already have.
Then we determine what should be strengthened, what should be simplified, what needs to be created, and what can eventually be automated.
The result is a system built around your actual work, rather than forcing your business into someone else's template.
How the Process Starts
This isn't a “book a call and hope we're a fit” process.
Before we meet, I want to understand what you're actually working with.
Step 1 — Complete the Brand Exploration Questionnaire
You'll begin with a detailed Brand Exploration Questionnaire covering areas such as:
- Your business and existing offers
- Your audiences
- Your goals
- Your brand voice and positioning
- Your current content
- Your social platforms
- Your website and digital presence
- Your products, books, services and intellectual property
- Your current workflows
- Your technology
- What's working
- What's frustrating
- What's missing
The purpose is to give me enough context to begin evaluating the whole ecosystem, rather than looking at one social account or one website page in isolation.
Step 2 — I Review Your Brand Ecosystem
After your questionnaire is submitted, I review the information you've provided alongside the digital presence and assets available for evaluation.
The review looks for:
What already exists
The platforms, offers, content, expertise and systems we can build from.
What's working
The pieces worth preserving and strengthening.
What's missing
Brand, content, conversion, operational and technology gaps that may be limiting growth or creating unnecessary work.
What's disconnected
Useful assets and systems that exist but aren't working together.
What needs clarification
Questions that require a deeper conversation before recommendations should be finalized.
Where automation may help
Repetitive or inefficient workflows that could potentially be simplified.
The goal isn't to automate everything.
It's to understand what should be built first and why.
Step 3 — We Review the Findings Together
Once the initial analysis is complete, we'll meet for a Brand Discovery consultation.
By the time we speak, I will already have reviewed the information you've provided.
That means we can spend the consultation discussing the things that actually matter:
- What I found
- Where I see gaps
- What you want the business to become
- What needs to be clarified
- Which opportunities matter most
- Where we should begin
- What should happen now, next and later
The consultation turns the initial findings into a practical direction for the business.
Step 4 — Your Roadmap Takes Shape
From the discovery process, we develop a prioritized implementation roadmap.
Depending on the business, that roadmap may include:
- Brand positioning
- Offer architecture
- Social media
- Content systems
- Knowledge libraries
- Website improvements
- Lead generation
- Customer journeys
- Email workflows
- Content repurposing
- AI-assisted workflows
- Automation
- Reporting and measurement
The sequence is based on impact, dependencies and time to value.
We don't build fifteen systems at once.
We identify the foundation, build something useful, test it, and expand intelligently.
We Start With What You Already Have
One of the biggest mistakes in digital strategy is constantly starting over.
You may already have years of valuable material:
Books.
Articles.
Videos.
Social posts.
Interviews.
Programs.
Presentations.
Client questions.
Frameworks.
Stories.
Photography.
Teaching material.
Before creating more, we ask:
What do you already have, and how much more value can we get from it?
Your existing intellectual property becomes fuel for the system.
Then We Build Together
This is a collaborative implementation engagement.
Rather than disappearing for weeks and handing you a giant system you don't understand, we'll work together through a structured series of implementation sessions.
Each session moves another part of the system forward.
Depending on your roadmap, we may work on areas such as:
Brand Operating System
Voice, messaging, positioning, audiences, offers and the architecture connecting the brand.
Content Engine
Organizing existing knowledge and source material so it can support consistent content creation.
Social Media Systems
Defining what each platform is responsible for and developing workflows that make consistent
publishing easier.
Knowledge Database
Turning years of books, articles, videos, frameworks, programs, presentations, stories and other material into organized source content.
Automation
Building practical workflows around repetitive tasks such as content creation, repurposing, publishing, lead management or internal organization.
Implementation
Moving your existing materials into the new structure and testing the system in real life.
Training & Optimization
Learning how your system works and improving it based on actual use.
Build → Test → Measure → Improve → Expand
Your first automations should create visible value.
If you already have an active social presence, for example, that may be one of the first places we start.
We'll look at:
- What you're already publishing
- How consistently you're publishing
- What source material you're using
- What each platform is supposed to accomplish
- What currently requires too much manual effort
- Where the workflow breaks down
Then we build around the reality of how your business operates.
Not how a generic template says it should operate.
Especially Useful for Multi-Passionate Brands
If your work spans multiple offers or bodies of intellectual property, your digital ecosystem may need more structure than a traditional content calendar provides.
You may have something like:
Personal Brand
→ Books
→ Programs
→ Services
→ Education
→ Speaking
→ Products
→ Community
The question isn't simply how to market each one.
It's how the pieces should relate to one another.
Some may need their own presence.
Some may belong under the personal brand.
Some may become content engines.
Some may become lead-generation pathways.
We build the architecture first.
Then we automate intelligently.
What You'll Walk Away With
The exact system depends on what we discover, but the engagement is designed to leave you with:
- Clearer brand architecture
- A prioritized implementation roadmap
- Organized source content and intellectual property
- More consistent messaging
- Repeatable content workflows
- Practical automations
- Better-connected systems
- Documentation and training
- A system you understand and can continue using
Most importantly:
You stop rebuilding your business every time you need to create something.
Founding Client Investment
Get In Early. Help Shape What Comes Next.
The 1:1 IP Accelerator is currently in its founding-client implementation phase.
I'm opening just 2 additional spots at the introductory rate for founders who are ready to build the systems behind their brand while helping me refine the Accelerator through real-world implementation and feedback.
Your Founding Client Investment
$750 Initial System Build
Your initial investment covers the Brand Discovery process, strategic system architecture, and preparation of the foundation we'll use throughout the engagement.
Then 6 two-hour Implementation Sessions over 12 weeks — $200 per session
We'll meet for six focused, two-hour working sessions to build, implement, test, and refine your system together.
Total Founding Client Investment: $1,950
Rather than paying the entire program investment upfront, the engagement is structured around the build:
$750 to begin + $200 per implementation session
You'll also have access to optional hands-on implementation support during the test runway for $75/hour, or you can bring questions and implementation work into available coworking sessions.
And We Don't Stop at Launch.
We'll reconnect at approximately 30, 60, and 90 days post-launch to review what's happening in the real world—what's working, where the system needs adjustment, and what the data is telling us.
At the 90-day review, we'll also use what we've learned to map the next quarter of content and priorities so you're prepared to keep the system moving independently.
Only 2 founding-client spots remain at this rate.
Once those spots are filled, the 1:1 IP Accelerator will move to its standard pricing.
What Happens When You Click?
You'll fill out some basic info and once submitted, you'll automatically be sent the Brand Exploration Questionnaire.
Complete it thoughtfully and give me as much context as you can.
Once it's submitted:
1. I review your responses.
2. I evaluate your current brand and digital ecosystem.
3. I identify strengths, gaps, missing infrastructure and potential opportunities.
4. You'll receive the next step to schedule your Brand Discovery review.
5. During our consultation, we'll walk through the findings and determine the most logical path forward.
Completing the questionnaire does not obligate you to purchase the implementation engagement.
It's the first step toward understanding what your business actually needs.
You Don't Need More Ideas.
You Need a System Capable of Supporting the Ones You Already Have.
If your brand has grown faster than the infrastructure behind it, start by understanding what you already have, what's missing, and what should come next.
There are currently 2 founding client implementation spots available at the introductory rate.
