As founder of JM Ventures, I work across AI-assisted business systems, workflow automation, content operations, knowledge management, technical documentation, and creative production. I use AI as an execution tool while maintaining human oversight, source validation, clear approval points, and documented decision criteria. My recent work includes client discovery systems, current-state workflow mapping, CRM and intake architecture, AI-assisted knowledge systems, content pipelines, evaluation rubrics, and implementation specifications.
This work is supported by nearly 20 years of healthcare experience across behavioral health, crisis intervention, addiction treatment, home health, dementia care, clinical leadership, and travel nursing. That background developed the assessment, pattern-recognition, risk-management, documentation, stakeholder-communication, and decision-making skills I now apply to business and AI systems.

Selected Systems and AI Projects
Designed a collaborative discovery and implementation program for building customized brand, intellectual-property, content, knowledge, and automation infrastructure.
Built the supporting operational architecture, including client intake, brand and offer mapping, source-content inventories, content migration logs, approval workflows, implementation tasks, client education, and human-review controls. The system distinguishes process and information problems from appropriate AI and automation opportunities.
Developed a source-grounded framework for configuring and evaluating AI-assisted content systems.
The methodology compares self-perceived, intended, observed written, and observed spoken voice across multiple source types. It distinguishes client-authored material from edited or AI-assisted content and evaluates outputs across voice match, context, message accuracy, emotional accuracy, language fidelity, boundary compliance, strategic function, and client acceptance.
Designed and pilot-tested a reproducible system for evaluating similarity, specificity, source provenance, temporal relationships, and anomalous patterns across social-media content.
The framework separates objective evidence, observed correlation, and analytical hypotheses. It uses defined scoring criteria to distinguish generic thematic overlap from distinctive, highly specific, near-verbatim, and identical correspondence while accounting for public availability and alternative explanations.
Designed structured systems for converting existing intellectual property and source material into organized, reusable content assets.
The workflow includes source classification, extraction queues, development statuses, approval requirements, documentation standards, and human checkpoints. Automation is introduced only after the underlying information architecture and decision process have been established.
Consultation and Client-Delivery Workflow
Designed an end-to-end client workflow covering lead qualification, scheduling, NDA completion, discovery, consultation preparation, approval, invoicing, reminders, delivery, and feedback collection.
Produced the workflow logic, implementation documentation, client-facing materials, and automation requirements.
